WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

The Website serves as an aggregated directory listing organizations that may provide aid related to the ongoing situation in Ukraine (the "Directory"). This Directory is compiled based on Our good faith efforts to verify the reputability of listed organizations through publicly available information and other means We deem appropriate. However, We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of any listings. Listings may be added, modified, or removed at Our sole discretion, including upon receipt of information indicating an organization is inactive, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable.
The Services are provided worldwide on a voluntary, non-commercial basis. We do not handle any financial transactions, accept donations, sell goods or services, or facilitate direct interactions between Users and listed organizations. Users may contact Us via the contact form for inquiries, but no other user interactions or content submissions are permitted.

You represent and warrant that You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, You affirmatively accept these Terms. We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately cease.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Rockingham County, New Hampshire. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenience.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
